We have two spacious discussion rooms, each with a one-way mirror and technical equipment for simultaneous translation, as well as a room with fully equipped CATI-seats for telephone interviews.

Group discussions and depth interviews in a foreign language are not a problem! We work with experienced interpreters and send DVD recordings in 2-channel sound including German and a foreign language.
The Consent Market & Social Research standard includes live broadcasts of group discussions via video streaming and simultaneous translations.
As client you can observe the participants live behind the one-way mirror or via livestream on the computer. This gives you the chance to get immediate feedback from your target group.
Our telephone studio has fully equipped CATI seats, which, if required, are occupied in 2 shifts. This allows us to work efficiently with regard to appointment management, time recording, quality control and supervision.
