Consent Market & Social Research was the first institute in Austria, which offered observing a group discussion live via webcast. Foreign-language clients now have the option of experiencing the survey live in A2 Stereo broadcast without having to be on-site.

Simultaneous interpretation

Group discussions and in-depth interviews in a foreign language are no problem for us! We work with experienced interpreters and provide DVD recordings both in German and foreign languages.

300 interviewers

in Austria for personal interviews, mystery studies or telephone surveys. At the beginning of each study, the respective interviewers receive a comprehensive briefing. We make sure that this briefing takes place in person.

15 interviewers for in-depth interviews

Trained in qualitative research and projective techniques.

4 moderators

with training in qualitative exploratory research for the moderation of focus groups or in-depth interviews.

Premises

Group discussion room with one-way mirror and technical equipment for simultaneous interpretation. DVD recording in "two channel sound" (also known as "A2 Stereo") possible. You can also take advantage of the live-broadcast option via video streaming!

2 test kitchens equipped for tastings (hot and cold), beverage tests, sensory tests, etc.
